A lot of bitter and very sweet moments last weekend for the MXGP Yamaha Factory Racing Team.
The Yamaha boys rolled into the KymiRing in Finland for the very first time, refreshed after a two-week break and ready to charge into the second half of the MXGP season. Spirits were high, and the atmosphere was full of energy— on and off the track.
As the team got familiar with the new circuit, comparisons to legendary tracks like Assen popped up. The KymiRing had that MotoGP vibe, but it was motocross business as usual for the Yamaha crew.
Finland also brought some fresh looks. New white-and-red blitz bikes, and the celebration of Yamaha’s 70-year milestone—a reminder of the rich legacy behind the blue brand.
Reišulis got taken out by Zanocz. Vlaanderen on the podium.
All these emotions.
